> The unions Sekos and ST's sympathy strike with IF Metall to persuade Tesla to sign a collective agreement with the union has led to Postnord not being able to distribute shipments to Tesla, which stops registration plates for the company's new cars. Tesla has requested that Postnord send the mail items. But no such obligation exists due to the circumstances, the court reasoned. "It is gratifying that the Court of Appeal reaches the only reasonable conclusion, that the constitutionally protected right to strike trumps Tesla's interests," writes Seko's union president Gabriella Lavecchia in a comment to TT.

For those familiar with the Swedish judicial system, what's the likelihood of this making all the way to the Supreme Court?

What happens when Tesla decides to have the cars go on strike? /lol

All the non-techie users will finally understand how the subscription based, cloud everything, you don't actually own anything model actually hurts them, and scares them into making more intelligent buying decisions.

Then they have sold their last car in Sweden I suppose. It's not that Tesla is the only option anymore.

Also, why would you buy a car from a company that bullies their customers to make a point in a union conflict you are no part of?

The fairly immediate end of Tesla as a going concern, I would think.

Why would the WTO involve itself in a domestic issue that's not related to international trade?
