I was there a bit later (post-FHP) but the contents generally ring true. Lasted there for quite a long time but I was more than ready to depart around the time of the EMC acquisition.

Thanks for sharing. Do you think the culture went down towards the end? What is the reason you believe? David Cutler mentioned that DEC went from an engineering culture to a managing one, but I feel DG is completely different from the beginning.

Yeah I found the site after reading the book. I have never seen a company like that.
